Massage Therapy:

Megan has always had a passion for helping others and caring for animals; a natural born caretaker.

While working her office job, Megan began to have back pain and went to see a Massage Therapist. After a few treatments she was feeling much better and decided to pursue a career as an RMT herself. Megan is interested in taking more specific training once she graduates.

Her favourite thing about being a Massage Therapist is how she can ease muscle tension, while leaving her clients relaxed at the same time. Her approach to therapy is to incorporate relaxation techniques as well as deep tissue where needed.

In her down time Megan loves to cook, ice skate, swim, camp, and yoga.

She enjoys doing deep tissue work with a 360-degree approach, addressing postural habits, while also providing a quiet space to relax and unwind from the stress of life. After recently moving from BC, she is now a member of the Message Therapy Association (MTA) of Alberta. In her spare time, Emerald is busy raising her 2 young children, exploring nature, and learning how to apply a natural holistic approach to healthy living.
