If you are no longer able to make an appointment, please visit your account page to cancel. Cancellation policy: Should you be unable to attend your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If this minimum notice time is not met, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment fee. Please note this fee is waived if the spot is rebooked. Frequent no-shows and cancellations have forced us to make no exceptions to this policy.
