Many wonder "does a massage really help?" and the answer is most often "yes!".
Massage is known for reducing stress, muscle tension, and pain. It can also improve the immune system, posture, and bring balance back to the body.
Our Registered Massage Therapists are equipped to customize each massage based on individual client needs, specializing in therapeutic, pregnancy, deep tissue. relaxation, hot stone, trigger point therapy, and TMJ treatments.
Our therapists either have a minimum of 2200 hours of training or are in the process of completing this training. This ensures the delivery of high quality therapeutic treatments that can be expected from a professional clinic.
We offer Massage Therapy from Registered Massage Therapists (2200 hours) and discounted massage therapy services from non-2200 hour Massage Therapists. See below for information on the various modalities of massage therapy treatments we offer.
Therapeutic
Massage
This type of treatment is geared toward resolving specific acute or chronic pain conditions. It involves a variety of techniques, including light or deep pressure, fascia release, and/or stretching with active resistance. Your practitioner will work with you on a treatment plan to get you toward your health goals.

Prenatal
Massage
We offer a Pregnancy massage cushion that allows room for your tummy to fit comfortably, or our practitioners can do a side-lying massage (laying you on your side). Our tables also semi-recline and can also elevate the lower leg area, to ensure you can feel comfortable.

Receiving a massage is safe and beneficial during pregnancy. Many women enjoy the skilled care to help alleviate back, neck, and shoulder pain associated with changes to the body during pregnancy. The general benefits of increased circulation and enhanced wellbeing are valuable therapeutic effects.

Must be 12 weeks or more to book.
Relaxation
Massage
The ultimate de-stress massage. Techniques used in this type of massage are smooth, soothing and gliding to help you relax. The massage therapist will move at a slower pace and use a lighter pressure, and will most often (unless instructed to) not address pain points in the body. During this treatment, you are welcome to breathe and even fall asleep.

Deep Tissue
Massage
This Massage treatment is geared toward addressing chronic soft tissue tension. It may involve pressure at specific point of the body or a deep overall massage pressure. The goal of the treatment is to address any sources of pain as well. as any alignment concerns. These treatments can at times be uncomfortable but should never be to a point where you feel are in oo much pain, you'll leap off the table. Always feel invited to communicate with your practitioner during the treatment.
Sports
Massage
If you are an athlete in training of if you are pre- or post- event, massage can assist with increasing performance, decreasing potential for injury, and assisting with mental preparation. Sports massage involves prepping the muscles for an event and integrating it with a training schedule, and it also uses specific techniques in order to restore and recover muscle health.

Hot Stone
Massage
Using techniques from a regular massage, therapists work with hot stones in order to gain greater depth in the muscle tissue. The heat from the hot stone also offers warmth and stress relief. This can help toward greater pain relief and better sleep. Be sure to hydrate post treatment.
TMJ
TMJ is short for the temporomandibular joint - the hinge connecting your jawbone to your skull. TMJ disorders cause pain and stiffness in the jaw joint and surrounding muscles, symptoms can include; jaw pain, stiffness, headaches, ear discomfort, and clicking or popping noises when opening the jaw.
TMJ massage is focused on the muscles located around the jaw, face, neck, and shoulder to reduce pain and tension. This treatment can include both extra-oral (outside of the mouth) and intra-oral (inside the mouth).

Cupping
Practitioners use flexible, medical-grade suction cups during the massage to increase blood flow, release fascia, and ease sore muscles. These cups come in a variety of sizes to fit on most areas of the body.
Fire Cupping
This treatment uses glass cups and heat compared to our regular Massage Cupping treatments.

Not offered for minors under the age of 18.
Gua Sha
Body Gua Sha is a traditional East Asian therapy that has been practiced for centuries alongside acupuncture and cupping. The term "gua" means to scrape, while "sha" refers to the temporary redness that may appear on the skin after treatment. Using smooth stone or stainless steel tools, gentle gliding strokes are applied over lubricated skin to release tension, improve circulation, and support the body's natural healing processes.
During your treatment, gua sha is seamlessly integrated with therapeutic massage. Massage is used to warm the tissues. increase circulation, and identify areas of restriction. Gua Sha is then applied to targeted muscles and fascia before returning to hands-on massage, allowing a deeper, more effective treatment with greater comfort.
